Delete Your MiCampus Account
We currently don't have an in-app self-service option to delete your account. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your account and data.
How to request account deletion
Send us an email
Open your mail app and send an email to info@micampus.co.in from the email address registered with your MiCampus account.
Use the subject "Account Deletion Request"
This helps our support team route your request quickly to the right team.
Include your account details
In the email body, mention your full name, registered email address/phone number, and the campus or institution you're registered under. This helps us verify your identity.
Verification by our support team
Our team will verify the request and may reply to your email to confirm your identity before processing the deletion.
Account and data deletion
Once verified, your account and associated profile data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio)
- Your posts, comments, and event activity
- Your saved events, RSVPs, and connections
- Your login credentials and account access
What we may retain
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:
- Records required to comply with applicable laws or regulations
- Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
